Some photos of our game at Salute (2)

Meanwhile the French column advance along a jungle track, perhaps a little bit overconfident, under the supervision of a MS500 observation airplane...

Some photos of our game at Salute 2014... finally

I have finally found the time to work on some photos taken of our game at Salute 2014, « the cache ».

The game, played with adapted Bolt Action rules, consisted for some French sections to advance through difficult terrains (including a small river) and locate a Vietminh weapons cache. Obviously Vietminh had prepared some nasty ambush for the French...

Some Vietminh prepare to ambush a French column...

Hope you like them. More to come...

Figures in action (1)

Below some pictures in the French Magazine Paris Match of a small raid by French Paratroopers in Vietminh held territory.

Renowned for its shock photographic coverage, Paris Match published a number of beautiful pictures in action during the Indochina War, some of them in colors.
